It can be old iron foundries, mills, log-driving and forestry remn- ants, and ruins from small- holdings. This adds another dimension to Vildmarksguidens activities and gives you a unique insight into how things used to be in Värmland.   You also get a real taste of Värmland. There are many small scale food producers in Värmland off- ering a wide range of locally produced delicacies. We have sourced some of the best products from this area and have included them into those activities where a light meal is included.
